Facilities
KJORN HOME (1,300 sqm) is an exclusive vacation residence hosting up to 15 guests per night, with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Located in a peaceful residential park in Chiang Mai, Thailand's famous northern city steeped in rich history and deep culture.
Exterior
The grand design of this impressive 3 floor residence displays a stylish, contemporary Asian feel, with hints of multi-cultural influences. The fresh, white-walled façade is highlighted with black timber pillars, ornate balconies with tiled roofing, and antique wooden doors, all reminiscent of regional colonial styles from neighbouring Myanmar, India, and Sri Lanka.
The Courtyard
From the gated house front, KJORN HOME presents a stylish courtyard area, complete with lawned garden and surrounding flora.
The Swimming Pool
The art deco styled swimming pool features black and white marble, wooden sunbathing deck, and pool-side seating area to serve cool refreshments.
Thai Style Open Kitchen
The courtyard houses a traditional Thai Style Open Kitchen, used by the in-house chef and staff to prepare and serve regional delicacies for a range of culinary requirements and special events.
First Floor
The Gallery
From the main door, guests enter the captivating grandeur of The Gallery. This open-ceiling reception space sets the extravagant tone that will characterise your stay. Wood carved vintage panels with coloured glass windows overlook the banqueting hall filled with distinct Asian furniture and curiosities.
The Mezzanine
The Mezzanine is designed to house musical performances, delighting listeners below in The Gallery with the acoustically designed entertainment space.
Salon Rouge
Indulgent pleasures can be found at the adjoining Salon Rouge bar. With a marble bar top in the round, and seating up to 19 guests, the French-styled bar takes influences from late 19th Century Parisian nightlife and the decadency of the Moulin Rouge.
Wine Room
Housing a range of premium wines and champagnes, our select list presents quality offerings for every taste and food pairing, awaiting to be served for your pleasure.
Chef's Kitchen
Our Chef's Kitchen delivers sumptuous fine dining experiences, served to The Gallery's banqueting table. We present a range of dining options for our guests, as well as unique pop-up events and themed nights with celebrated regional Chefs.
Second Floor
The Parlour
The Georgian Suite opens out into The Parlour, a social space for reading, playing board games, watching T.V. or hosting a more intimate event at the chandelier-lit dining table. The Parlour's balcony looks out over the lawned courtyard and out-houses.
Gym
A small exercise room comes equipped with cardio machines and free weights.
Third Floor
The Lanna Lounge
Walking up the airy stairwell to the top floor, past a local hill tribe crafted textile wall-hanging, enter a celebration of the ancient northern kingdom and culture, with inspirational views of the surrounding Chiang Mai mountains and landmarks. The Lanna Lounge presents a themed space to relax, surrounded by cultural artefacts.
Buddha Room (Private)
The Buddha Room is a private space of respect and worship. The ornate seated Buddha and meditation space can be viewed upon request.

The Nook
Find the hidden door to our secluded, secret double bedroom with a silver-tiled en suite bathroom and single bed loft space.
Second Floor
The Georgian Suite
Inspired by the owner's experiences in London, this palatial suite is rich with tones of Dickensian regency. Red drapery adorns emerald green rooms complimented with Asian antique furniture, a style that was popular in Great Britain in the Georgian period. The master bedroom with king-sized bed opens out onto a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens below. The large adjoining copper-tiled en suite bathroom includes a dressing room with wardrobes.
The Tiffany Room
In honour of the architect and designer's favoured space, The Tiffany Room has an understated elegance with Art Deco touches. The king-sized bedroom comes with a balcony with views over the gardens, and a striking silver and black en suite bathroom.
Third Floor
The Mountain Suite
A space of natural beauty and calm, The Mountain Suite presents sizable private quarters, decorated with cultural artefacts. The master bedroom presents an imposing king-sized wooden bedstead, with a spacious black-tiled en suite bathroom.
Doi Kham Room
The Doi Kham Room comes with a queen-sized four-poster double bed, and corner views over the surrounding national parks and Temple of the Golden Mountain.
Doi Suthep Room
The Doi Suthep Room presents a king-sized wooden bedstead, and wide views over Chiang Mai's famous forested mountainside and the historic Buddhist temple at its peak.
Wat Palad Room
This cozy double bedroom is named after the ancient Lanna style temple, a hidden treasure found deep in the mountainside of Doi Suthep, and built in honour of the King's favourite elephant.

Heritage Meets Modern Design
Our restored 200-square-meter Rice Barn House stands as a testament to traditional Thai architecture. Originally built over a century ago, this historic structure has been carefully preserved and converted into a unique accommodation space, complete with modern amenities while maintaining its cultural authenticity.
First Floor
Rice Barn Atrium
The Atrium is a bright reception area designed for the shaded entertainment of guests wishing to enjoy the exterior courtyard, or as a designed meeting or presentation room. The Atrium doors can be opened up for mixed-space events, such as barbeques or high-tea on the lawn.
Thai Massage Room
The adjoining Thai Massage Room can be booked with the attendance of skilled masseuse offering a range of Thai and international style treatments.
Second Floor
The Rice Barn Suite
Taking the outdoor stairs, the surprisingly spacious Rice Barn Suite is revealed. With its modern, light and uplifting design, the suite can house a family of up to four, with two queen four-poster beds, side bathroom, and open-plan living space.
